From the Introduction:
Bosnia and Herzegovina, summer 1997. A year has passed since the publication of my book, "Walking without Katherine", which tells the love story of Renato and Katherine in Sarajevo.
Many readers have asked me how the story has continued. How is Renato doing today? How is Katherine? Have the two met again? Are they still in Sarajevo at all?
I have not lost track of Renato. He is still working at the Italian Institute in Sarajevo, and we have became very close friends...
I have asked him about his relations with Katherine, and I have recorded the developments that he told me in this volume, "A Gorazde Dream".
